Dir. George T. Moore is an open star shaped, very dark blue-violet flower that has a delightful fragrance. 10 to 12"leaves are green with flecks of purple and the underside of the leaf is royal purple with green veins, spread of 5 to 8'. Non-viviparous, very free flowering, use in medium to large water gardens.
